Breakfast Club | Homework Club

‘Helping children to  become citizens of the future’

As a direct result of the grant, which the school has received from the New Opportunity Fund, we are able to offer a wide range of out of school hours learning opportunities to all of our pupils. In addition to the after school activity clubs, which are described below the school gives pupils the opportunity to join its Breakfast and  Homework Clubs.

Breakfast Club

Days Monday – Friday
Time 8.15 a.m. – 8.45 a.m.
Age Range Whole School

Opportunity

Children who arrive in school early will be able to purchase breakfast in the school canteen, prior to the start of the normal school day. To assist parents who have to drop their children early, pupils will be supervised until the playgrounds open at 8.30 a.m.

Homework Club

Days Monday – Thursday
Time 3.00 p.m. – 4.00 p.m.
Age Range P4 – 7

Opportunity

Pupils who are not participating in the Activity Clubs will be able to make use of the school library and computer suite. Homework Club Supervisors will be available to help pupils complete their written homework, and assist them with any difficulties they may be experiencing.
